June 15, 2010 – South Bend. The ISBDC South Bend office hosts James Burnes to speak to business marketing and sales executives that already have a social media presence and are comfortable using platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to connect with customers. The workshops will demonstrate the process for developing tactical strategies for a variety of business goals and walk through an entire campaign in social media from start to finish.
This session will review successes and failures in social media campaigns and provide lessons on things to avoid when launching a social media campaign. In short, you will learn:
- Steps to preparing a social media campaign
- Lessons from successful and failed social media campaigns
- Steps in evaluating your social media initiatives
